We would also like to thank friends and collectors who have given us your advice and feedback regarding our website inadequacies, from which we would definitely improve to serve you better. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We have received a few enquires on LUCIEN, so we thought we would like to answer them here as follows :-

• We have managed to solve the website limitation, and have uploaded bigger, and clearer pictures in the gallery, as well as the product pages to help shoppers in their selection. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience or any agony we might have caused with our initial smaller/hazy pictures. We are learning a bit a day as a young brand, so we would appreciate your invaluable feedback, guidance and patience.
• Although LUCIEN comes with complete faceup, his faceup is fully removable and customizable. We would definitely love to see how artists would interprete their ideas on the existing mold to increase the versatility of it.
• LUCIEN does come with 6mm acrylic eyes (preferably with 2-3mm iris for more realism)
• LUCIEN has applied eyelashes. Should you find that the lashes are too long, you could trim it down to your specification. We have included a standard longer length lash to allow more versatility.
• LUCIEN comes with 1 default brunette wig, and can wear size 5/6 inch wigs from other vendors.
• Measurements of LUCIEN are specified on the product pages to aid in your selection purpose. We seek your understanding that we are unable to post any comparison pictures nor quote any names due to copyright reason.
