We are currently able to facilitate a 30 days layaway plan to make our dolls more accessible for you.

30 DAYS LAYAWAY PLAN T&C
- Layaway plan valid for DOLL PURCHASES ONLY
- Our apologies but meantime we could only accept ONLY PAYPAL PAYMENTS
- Arrangements has to be made via email ONLY
- 50% payment on point of purchase and 50% balance 30 days later
- Item sent via DHL courier only after full payment has been received
- 2nd payment would be granted a maximum of 7 days delay, after which order would be considered cancelled and 1st payment would be forfeited and non refundable
- Cancellation of layaway orders would be subjected to a 30% cancellation charge (excluding paypal fee)

We would like to express our gratitude to family and friends who have made our dream possible, and to patrons who have given us your invaluable support.

We would also like to thank friends and collectors who have given us your advice and feedback regarding our website inadequacies, from which we would definitely improve to serve you better. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We have received a few enquires on LUCIEN, so we thought we would like to answer them here as follows :-

We have managed to solve the website limitation, and have uploaded bigger, and clearer pictures in the gallery, as well as the product pages to help shoppers in their selection. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience or any agony we might have caused with our initial smaller/hazy pictures. We are learning a bit a day as a young brand, so we would appreciate your invaluable feedback, guidance and patience.
Although LUCIEN comes with complete faceup, his faceup is fully removable and customizable. We would definitely love to see how artists would interprete their ideas on the existing mold to increase the versatility of it.
LUCIEN does come with 6mm acrylic eyes (preferably with 2-3mm iris for more realism)
LUCIEN has applied eyelashes. Should you find that the lashes are too long, you could trim it down to your specification. We have included a standard longer length lash to allow more versatility.
LUCIEN comes with 1 default brunette wig, and can wear size 5/6 inch wigs from other vendors.
Measurements of LUCIEN are specified on the product pages to aid in your selection purpose. We seek your understanding that we are unable to post any comparison pictures nor quote any names due to copyright reason.

I thought i would just drop a note to share with everyone how i care for my dolls and hope with all these tips, RDGdolls would bring you much joy for many years to come.

TIPS ON TAKING CARE OF YOUR RDGDOLL :-

KEEP YOUR DOLL OUT OF DIRECT SUNLIGHT AND EXTREME TEMPERATURES
We know how detrimental UV ray can be to our skin, so does it to your beloved RDGdoll.
We are currently looking into improving the formulae for the resin we use. So meantime, before we found the magic formulae, avoid prolong direct contact with sunlight and extreme temperatures.
TENDER LOVING CARE
I know it sounds ridiculous. But do keep a pair of white cotton gloves handy and when dressing or playing with your doll, use them! You would be surprised how much cleaner your doll stays with your tender care.
STAIN REMOVAL (NOT FOOL PROOF though)
If your doll does get marks on it or gets dirty from handling, you can clean it up with a Mr. Clean Super Sponge. Dampen the sponge and gently clean. Do be very careful around the face paint as you do not want to end up removing an eyebrow or cheek color if you don’t pay attention!
RDG SOCKET "MOTHBALL"
Especially for outfits which are cut slimmer at the sleeve openings or hem, we would encourage the use of these little handy "mothballs" to avoid snagging your outfit or worse, snapping the fingers! Carefully pull the hands (hold palms, NEVER fingers!)/feet away from the socket, slip in a paperclip through the elastic band and change the hands to the "mothballs" before pulling the paperclip out.
COLOR TRANSFER/ STAINING
Be careful NOT TO leave your doll dressed in dark colors or anything red/navy for too long.
These colors are prone to color transfer despite being treated for color fastness. They can sometimes fade and stain your doll's precious garb or even worse, the resin. Mr. Clean Super Sponge can sometimes, but not always, remove this.
WIG CAPS
Use a wigcap as much as possible. It does not only help hold the wig in place but it also protects the head from staining from dark colored wigs.
POISE & POSTURE
Use a doll stand unless the doll is sitting. Even dolls that balance beautifully by themselves can tip over and fall off a shelf.
